Thanks Sue.....for posting these 2 clips. Sometimes we need a reminder to make us realize what a wonderful time we all had in Maastricht. It was a festive weekend...with Holland in the finals of the World Soccer Match!!!!
Watched this concert on Saturday last. What a show, Fantastic and more so as I was there and could re-live a wonderful evening of my life. Imagine my surprise when we appeared on the film singing and swaying at our table. with some nice Dutch friends to "Auld Lang Syne".A treasured memory and we now await the UK tour in September. Peter Weeks, Eastbourne England.
Oh ! That special Maastricht feeling ..... Didn't expect to be famous though. Thats another DVD we must get. Tried everything to try and pick up the broadcast here in Wales but no luck.
I stumbled across a link with lyrics to "Viva Hollandia" - for those who may want to prepare for the next world cup ;-). The words are under the second video. The lyrics are easier to follow from the first one (are they even saying the same thing on the second one?). Ha, ha. You Dutchies can figure it out for us. http://greentank.blogspot.com/

ReplyDeleteD J Otzi is such a likeable man, and the way he gets everyone involved is just great. One of the highlights of the concerts for me
