This Poster in the Limburger is an ad to buy concert tickets for either Amsterdam, Maastricht or Rotterdam.
Top says: "Surprise your Mother with André Rieu tickets", and you have a chance for unique prizes. Order before 13 May and you are automatically enter for a chance of one of the many prizes.
Then if you click on one of the cities it will take you to André's site where you can order tickets.
