In Memory Of
Susan and Howard Horder are
among the victims of the Malaysian Flight that was shot down. They were on their
way home to Australia from the concerts in Maastricht. We are so sad and they
will be missed by all of us ...
The photo was taken last week at the Fan Dinner in Maastricht.
It's very hard to accept the fact that these two Rieu birds are not coming back anymore. I have never met Susan and Howard but looking at the many selfies Howard took of themselves, you can tell they're a sweet and happy couple who love to do everything together. This is a tragic way to end a life but I think they're glad to be together as it would be too cruel if one of them is left behind. Rest in peace!
ReplyDeleteSuch a terrible thing for all these families , so many from Holland. Beautiful photo of Susan and Howard Horder,my heart goes out to all the victims, families and friends R.I.P

What a lovely photograph. They look so happy. So tragic.
ReplyDeleteDidn't get to meet them, but were in maastricht the week they left for home. Such a very sad loss. Andre's message onscreen at the Vrijthoft was so touching.
ReplyDeleteWhen we got to Schiphol airport and I saw the flowers, I burst into tears, even though I dont know them. It was so moving. Children were laying flowers. Ive never been that close to a major tragedy. R.I.P. to the both of you and to the Netherlands.
