AMSTERDAM ARENA CONCERTS RESCHEDULED
Due to illness of André Rieu the Amsterdam ArenA concerts of September 4th and September 5th (concert for the National Lotery) will be rescheduled ........... More information will follow.

Yes, we had tickets for the 4th of Sept. Andre would perform there with the Schoenbrunn Palace and the 400 brass players. The 5th was held for the winners of the National Lottery, like last year when Andre performed in an orange vest,remember? Well, the most important thing is that Andre will recover soon. We wish him all the best. Ruud and Ineke.

ReplyDeleteAndre & Marjorie, You can both be assured your illness has surprised and disappointed all of your friends to whom you have opened up the world of music. Your timetable has been exhausting. Please take care of yourselves, and wish you a speedy recovery and enjoy a little Andre Time.

While obviously one has sympathy with illness the fans information is very bad. I spent over 1600 euro for three persons to travel from Ireland to Amsterdam and the first we knew of a cancellation was when we turned up at the Arena. Four e mails later and we still have heard nothing. It is disgraceful not to e mail those who had bought tickets telling them of the cancellation.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear what happened to you Sean, how awful ... but emails were sent out from the Rieu Organization to those who had tickets for the Amsterdam Concerts. Fans sent us copies of the emails that they recieved.
