Update on the 300 Brass Players for the Maastricht Concerts from L1 TV. A total of 425 amateur brass players who want to play during the concerts of André Rieu at Vrijthof in Maastricht have applied. Of these, 300 will finally be selected. How and when the selections are to be made is still not known.

In the beginning of April, Rieu put out a call to amateur musicians from Limburg to apply, which was possible through the House of the Arts in Roermond. They in turn passed the list with the 425 candidates on to Rieu. The Maastricht citizen wants to show that Brass Music in Limburg is still alive.
