Hi Margaret, You can order them and put them in the fridge for the required number of weeks, then plant them! People do that all the time. The bulbs come with instructions on how to do it.

I don't think Australians can order the tulips in the USA. (I think Dutchgardens don't send them that far!). In Europe they are not yet for sale. We purchased them straight from the bulb grower.
So Australia: you cannot do anything else but looking at our pictures.....
