When you read Alice's Story, you will read where she talks about
André snatching the flag right out of a fan's hand. Here is a link to a

For those wanting to see Johan, here's a picture from Ineke.He has other Body Guards he uses at different times,
but Johan is Andre's "Personal Body Guard."
And whenever you see André off stage,
you will see Johan with him.

Oh Alice that report was so wonderful. I am still smiling at so many of the humorous things like the "chicken killing" sound from the violin. I know that sound from playing but i never heard that term. I could just feel all your happiness and excitement while reading. Isn't Mirusia a doll? I only met her once but have seen her from a distance many times. And Johnann is not too bad after all is he!! He was very kind when I spoke to him in Florida and said he would ask Andre to sign my violin but he was so busy and then I told you about the lady who was bothering Andre and was so mad at Johann for not letting her near him. She was a much older woman too. I am so glad your time with Andre was so memorable - that is how it should be. Thank you for sharing my sweet friend.

I can't believe you instantly found a photo with my new love at the background. Hmmmmm....tricky, do I look more at André?? or do I like Johann more?? Hahahaha! Boy oh Boy! We're having so much fun here!

I really enjoyed your report, Alice, and while you covered all details, as you warned us beforehand, you managed to make it humorous as well as interesting.
I can see what you mean about ,Johann, and I totally agree as I was fortunate to have a few words with him at Andre's
'Signing' in Brisbane on May 9.

Dear Alice, I think I am looking at Andre more than Johan. The more I look at that photo the better I like that of Andre. Maybe Sue could enlarge that and take the background off (sorry Alice) and put it on again for those of us who love this photo. He has such a nice look on his face (when doesn't he?) and you can see his eyes. Guess I am a one-love woman Alice. (except for my husband of course).
