We heard his name is Mr. Moshi and he comes from the Maastrichter Staar. On the DVD Live in Maastricht he is walking in front of the choir (carrying the torches on the music of Conquest of Paradise), on their way to the stage.

In my mind, the finest concert that Andre Rieu has given...a perfect mixture of music, comedy and romance. However, I have yet to get an answer to a question that has been hagging me since I first saw the DVD: Were the wedding couple newlyweds or were they actors? If actors, they are superb since I can't distinguish them from newlyweds. If they are indeed newlyweds, didn't they have anything better to do that night than attend a concert?
