Newsletter To Those Who Bought Tickets For Maastricht Concerts In the past six years we have been very lucky with the weather conditions, but unfortunately we cannot control the weather. If we have a severe weather condition the concert will be held in the MECC exhibition center on the edge of Maastricht. This hall has been converted to a cozy Concert Hall with mockups of the Vrijthof buildings.
When will the concert be relocated? The final decision will be made at Noon (12pm) each day and only applies for severe weather conditions. With normal rain the concert will be held at the Vrijthof and rain poncho's will be provided. Transportation to the MECC is not included, you must use your own transportation to get there. The starting time of the concert will not change (9:30PM).
If you have a Terrace Package, you should report to your Catering Establishment on the Vrijthof. A specially adapted program will be provided indoors with live images of the concert from the MECC. Access to the MECC Maastricht is not possible with a Terrace Package.
