It is Memorial Day Weekend here in the US and I thought the fans that don't know about Margraten would find this interesting to read about. The pictures here were taken by (and of) Suzy in Margraten today. It's her "Adopted" Gravesite that her parents adopted after the war and now that her parents have passed, she now carries on the tradition. The link will tell you all about it. Our Uncle is Laid to Rest,in the
Milsbeek War Cemetery in Limburg.
He lost his life after the RAF Halifax Aircraft,in which he was navigator,came down in September 1944.He is laid to rest in a tranquil place so far from home. (Western.Australia)
