Another school picture and another guess who. This is a fifth grade picture at the St Franciscus school in Bunde, Limburg. It is school picture of a long time JSO member who left a few years ago but can still to be seen in many older DVDs among them 'Life is beautiful'. Who can guess who this is? Yes! Without a doubt ~ Renate in the red sweater, back row on the right. It looks just like her, only, of course, a younger version.

I agree with everyone. it has to be Renate Dirix. When I look at her in that picture, I remember her in the audience at The Flying Dutchman Concert (DVD) and she really hasn't changed very much - still the same expression.

I agree that she did not change much and is easy to recognize, of course knowing it is a JSO member who left helped.

Hello! I know this is an older post, but I can't help but comment too.
Of course it's Renate Dirix. I must have watched the André Sisters or Tirolrock often enough, for I find her easy to recognize. She still has that same contagious smile today, even when she plays or sing...

May life be kind enough with Renate to let her keep that smile. Her kind expression is partly what drew me to discover the JSO. I'm afraid I must have developped a case of hero worship. Oops.
